TERMS OF SALE

  •      Design and Manufacturing will take place at the Ignition Metal Art Design facility
  •      Approval of Design – Before the metal is cut, a shop drawing with dimensions will be submitted to customer for approval or changes. It is assumed that about one week or less after the design is submitted, customer will indicate approval to proceed or request changes.
  •      Description of Goods and Services – Custom and Standard Designed Metal Art. Included is design, fabrication, application of finish if ordered, and packaging for shipping.
  •      Payment – Upon receipt of buyer’s deposit, the order will be placed in the production line up and scheduled for completion per the quoted lead time.  When your order is completed, a picture will be emailed to you. One business day before shipping, or on the same day as shipping, I will request my Credit Card Processor,  Helcim Merchant Services, to close out the balance remaining using the same credit card you used for the deposit. They will email a receipt to you immediately.  When I package it for shipping and print the UPS shipping label, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number. Payments in US Dollars only.
  •      Protective Packaging for Shipment – Depending on the size, weight, and finish of the metal art, protective packaging will consist of corrugated double wall container, foam wrap, shrink wrap, wood crating, wood reinforcement , or banding.
  •      Privacy and Confidentiality – Ignition Metal Art Design is the sole owner of the personal information collected from you, and is the only entity to access  information that you have given via email or other direct contact from you. Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared outside Ignition Metal Art Design. The personal information needed by Ignition Metal Art Design to complete your order are limited to your name, shipping and billing address, and email address.  We DO NOT use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect and store your information. No data is automatically collected. Credit card information is received and secured by our Credit Card Processor, Helcim Merchant Services.
  •      Refunds/Returns – Each order produced by Ignition Metal Art is custom and unique to each customer as to design, size, type of finish. Each item is made to customer specifications. Design drawings with dimensions are provided for review and approval before production begins, therefor we are unable to provide refunds or returns.
  •      Lead Time – During production, exceptions to quoted lead time may occur due to conditions not known or  foreseeable at the time of customer’s order. This might include material shortages and back orders from suppliers, machinery breakdown, personal injury, electrical outages,  change orders by customer after design approval, fire, flooding, or wind damage to facilities, or customer delay in design approval. Shipping delays once the order is placed with UPS may occur due to circumstances outside their control.
